Chance The Rapper For ‘Ebony’ Magazine

Today, we get to see the Acid rapper in a different light as he features on the front page of ‘Ebony’ magazine. Chance was interviewed by Adrienne Samuels Gibbs, during the interview he was asked a herd of questions. One of the most ‘stand-out’ questions was wether he would consider running for president. Chance responded by shutting down fans hopes, by saying he would have no part in American politics.

“I would never run for any office or government position. I’m not into it. I think politics is a reason why a lot of stuff doesn’t get done. There’s a lot of favors, and a lot of people are held back by their intentions of being re-elected or the things that they owe their party or constituents. I think when you’re in my position as an artist, I can say what I want and talk about the issues that matter.”
